Description

Delivery supervisor - Dispatcher job description include key duties/responsibilities: 1. Hire and train qualified drivers 2. Make sure deliveries are make on time 3. Administrative duties and paperwork 4. Dispatch route settlement 5. Oversee all office functions including; open day; entering the delivery and install routes; modifying orders, confirming deliveries and installations, filing and organization of the office. 6. Answer calls from the stores and customers assist them with their questions and problems. 7. Contact customer to confirm their delivery date, address and product being delivered or installed. 8. Ensure proper product handling procedures are being followed. 9. Work with our 3rd Party delivery company on issues from the customer calls. 10. Support the ongoing development of associates 11. Staff supervision, development and evaluation 12. Proactively seeking opportunities to improve patient satisfaction 13. Collaborating with other supervisors, providers and staff to design, implement and assess care delivery initiatives Requirements and skills: - Minimum 2 years of experience in Delivery - Good communication skills - Hard worker, fast learner
